This document explains how BookMyGame ("BMG", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our app, and sets out the terms under which you may use the service.

By creating an account or using BookMyGame you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use below, and the Community Standards presented in-app. If you do not agree, you must not use the app. When we update these terms the app will require you to review and re-accept them before you can continue.

## 1. Who we are

BookMyGame is a mobile application that helps sports clubs schedule sessions, manage RSVPs, track expenses, and communicate via group and direct messaging.

## 2. Information we collect

### 2.1 Information you provide directly

• Full name and email address*

Account creation, identification within your club, and essential communications.

• Year of birth*

Used solely to determine junior/adult pricing for session cost allocation. Your year of birth is never displayed to other users.

• Profile photo* (optional)

Displayed to other members of your club so they can recognise you. Stored securely via Firebase Storage.

• Chat messages*

Group and direct messages you send within your club. Text only — no image or file attachments are supported.
